Did you know that you can cook frozen potstickers in the air fryer? It’s super fast, and they come out crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. It’s a game changer. Air Fryer Potstickers and Broccoli might be my family’s favorite quick healthy meal. We love to pile everything in bowls and top them with all the sauces. Here’s how!

The air fryer comes to the rescue again tonight in this time-saving weeknight meal. It’s so easy that I sometimes even just make this for myself for lunch. It’s far less expensive and faster than ordering take-out but just as satisfying.
But here’s the thing to know. Sauces are the game-changer of this meal. Whatever you do, do not skimp on the sauces. See below for a few suggestions.
Let’s dive in and throw those potstickers in the air fryer!
Sauce The Potstickers
To finish out these bowls, you’re going to want to add sauces. Here are a few of my favorites:
- Chili Crisp / Crunch (I also love Trader Joe’s Crunchy Chili Onion which isn’t super spicy but adds great texture)
- Gochujang Mayo or Yum Yum Sauce
- Teriyaki Sauce, store-bought or homemade (or Trader Joe’s Soyaki)
- Potsticker Dipping Sauce (this is thin, so you just want to serve it on the side for dipping)

Air Fryer Frozen Potstickers
Any variety of frozen potstickers can be cooked in the air fryer. They will come out extra crunchy around the edges of the potsticker wrapper and golden on all sides. The texture is different than when you cook them on the stovetop, but still delicious. Cook the potstickers directly from the freezer at 390°F for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.

Add Vegetables + Build a Bowl
If you’ve already got your air fryer out for the potstickers, add some vegetables to the basket and cook everything together. Pre-chopped broccoli florets are my favorite, but chopped carrots or cauliflower florets will cook in the same amount of time alongside the potstickers.
When everything is done, transfer them to bowls. Top with green onions if you have them and all those Asian-inspired sauces.
Recipe Tip
Want something a little more filling? Make these into bowls. Use a base of rice or Asian-style noodles and pile the potstickers and vegetables on top.
