- 1 12-ounce bag broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 12-ounce bag frozen potstickers or wontons (do not defrost them)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- sauces for serving (like yum yum sauce, chili crisp, Sriracha mayo, teriyaki sauce, etc)
- white sesame seeds, for serving
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon cooking oil and ½ teaspoon of salt. Spread out on the basket of an air fryer. Scatter the potstickers evenly over the top of the broccoli.
Cook in the air fryer, shaking the basket a few times, until the potstickers are crispy and heated through and the broccoli is tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
Slice the green onions.
Serve the broccoli and potstickers in bowls with any or all of the toppings.
