- 1 10 ounce packet Trader Joe’s Indian Fare Tikka Vegetables or Madras Lentils
- 2 rounds Indian style flatbread
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- cilantro, for topping
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Set the flatbreads out on a sheet pan.
Divide the Indian Fare packet between the two flatbreads, spreading them out. Top with cheese.
Bake until the cheese is melted, 8 to 12 minutes.
Top with cilantro, slice and serve!
