Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen strawberries
  • 10 ounces frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 medium ripe bananas (if your bananas seem noticeably bigger than average, just use one)
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  • Blend until smooth, adding additional water if needed to help everything blend.

Notes

If using fresh fruit, add a cup of ice to make sure the texture and temperature is smoothie-like.
Once blended, store the smoothie in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze it for up to 6 months.
