- 10 ounces frozen strawberries
- 10 ounces frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 medium ripe bananas (if your bananas seem noticeably bigger than average, just use one)
- 1 1/2 cups water
If using fresh fruit, add a cup of ice to make sure the texture and temperature is smoothie-like.
Once blended, store the smoothie in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze it for up to 6 months.
