A peanut butter and graham cracker base, topped with dark chocolate makes these simple no bake bars fun to make and delicious to eat.
Note: These are easiest to slice at room temperature and best to eat chilled. I usually slice them about an hour into the final refrigeration time. Then I refrigerate them in a single layer until fully set. Once set, they will keep in the fridge for up to a week. Take them out about 10 minutes before serving.
