Ingredients
14 inch stripLime Peel
1teaspoongrated Fresh Ginger
1teaspoonBrown Sugar
3/4cupBoiling Water
1 1/2ouncesWhiskey
Slice of Lime and / or Lime Leaf, for garnish(optional)
Instructions
In the bottom of a cocktail glass, muddle the lime peel, ginger, and brown sugar until fragrant.
Pour boiling water and whisky over aromatics. Add a lime leaf, if using. Let sit for 5 minutes to let the flavors come together.
Serve warm.
