Two-Ingredient Green Smoothie

This makes a large batch of green smoothie that can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Just pour and go!

  • Blender


  • 2 1/2 lbs Frozen Mango Cubes
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 1/2 oz Baby Spinach


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender (depending on the size of your blender, you may need to do this in batches).
  • Let everything defrost in the blender for about 30 minutes.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add a splash of water if needed to get a smooth, pourable consistency.
  • Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
