We use low sodium soy sauce in all of our recipe testing. The honey will balance regular or low-sodium soy sauce in this recipe, but it still may be a good idea to reduce the soy sauce quantity by 2 tsp if you are using regular soy sauce and / or are sensitive to the level of salt.
