Two-Ingredient Green Smoothie
This makes a large batch of green smoothie that can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Just pour and go!

- 2 1/2 pounds frozen mango cubes
- 3 cups water
- 2 1/2 ounces baby spinach
Combine all ingredients in a blender (depending on the size of your blender, you may need to do this in batches).
Let everything defrost in the blender for about 30 minutes.
Blend until smooth.
Add a splash of water if needed to get a smooth, pourable consistency.
Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
