Instant Pot Chicken and Corn Chowder Recipe Preview

Ingredients:

Bacon Onions, Celery,  Carrots Chili Powder Garlic Powder Ground Thyme Kosher Salt Chicken or Vegetable   Stock Russet Potatoes Corn Kernels, fresh or   frozen Milk Shredded Chicken

Step 1:

Start by cooking bacon using the saute function in the instant pot and transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain. 

Step 2:

In the remaining bacon fat, cook onions, carrots, and celery with dried spices like chili powder, garlic powder, and ground thyme. 

Step 3:

Add stock and potatoes. Be sure to scrape up browned bits on the bottom of the Instant Pot bowl to avoid the burn notice. 

Step 4:

Blend some of the liquids and potatoes until very smooth.

Step 5:

Stir in the milk, corn, and chicken until warm.
