Whisk together 2 eggs, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cooking oil, and 2 cups buttermilk.
Stir in 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt. Add in 1 cup chocolate chips and stir.
